If you send me an email, I store and process the information it contains (e.g., name, email address, content of your message) in order to process and respond to your inquiry. I only store further personal data if you consent or if this is legally permitted.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in responding to your inquiry.

Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g., under commercial or tax law) require otherwise.

The legal basis is § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is necessary for the function you explicitly requested. You can delete the stored data at any time via your browser settings.
